I grew up in skyscrapers

A divine frontier, a home in the stars

Nights of warm ember, lights shine forever

It was you and I

In a carousel dream

Childhood melds into leaves, afternoons in the sun

Dappled and strong, the bird that calls

Echoes down marble halls

A light in my room

I settle into pictures

The memories twilight and spiral

I feel it in my heart

The safest place

Where love fell

Where inspiration led

Where my soul grew like Eden

Where we found each other…

This lifetime of lifetimes

Sunlight in the stars

Everything we ever had

When I touched heaven.
