We are one
In a black and white world
From thorns to crowns
We bleed in colour

A man’s breath
Is God’s breath
We desecrate His image
When we remain silent

Brimming and brewing
A broken world bleeds
Mercy like rain
For every shattered heart

We are dwarfed by indifference
Shadowed by fear
They march as justice rises
Like a phoenix from the ash

Chaos and suffering breakforth
In a life where time is meaningless
All we have known
Are ashes in the wind

The days are unending
Sorrow compounding
We keep fighting

How do we sleep
When the world is on fire?
